Daily active users increased 11% over the last year to 134 million. In the fourth quarter this number was 126 million globally.
Monthly active users increased to 330 million from 321 million users in the fourth quarter.
Revenue rose 18% yoy to $786.89 M.
All in all it looks like the changes Twitter has been implementing to fight spam and fake accounts, as well as improving the “health” of the platform, have been working.
Twitter CEO and co-founder Jack Dorsey, during the call with analysts on Tuesday, said “What this means is that we’re taking a bunch of the burden away from the victims of abuse and harassment on our service.”
